- Product Description
6Inch 150MM Electric-contact Pressure Gauge
Electrical contact pressure gauges are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power plant, and machinery industries, or as part of electromechanical equipment, to measure the pressure of various non-explosive fluid media. They can also be customized in diaphragm, shock-resistant, vacuum, and axial-mounted versions. Typically, when used with appropriate electrical components (such as relays and frequency converters), electrical contact pressure gauges can achieve automatic control and alarm transmission for various gaseous and liquid media under measured (controlled) pressure.

Wetted Material:
The materials for electrical contact pressure gauges are: copper alloy, 304 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steel.
Product Types:
This series of instruments not only features novel design, reliable structure, complete range of specifications, good operational stability, and strong adaptability, but also boasts advantages such as integrated measurement and control, simple installation, and low maintenance. Therefore, it is an unparalleled pressure measurement and control instrument compared to pressure controllers without indication, switching differential adjustment, or external setting devices.
To meet the diverse requirements of the measured objects (such as those requiring shock resistance, corrosion resistance, or explosion-proof features), shock-resistant, corrosion-resistant, or explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauges can be selected.
Ordinary electric contact pressure gauges are suitable for measuring the pressure of gases and liquids that do not corrode copper alloys or iron.
Corrosion-resistant electric contact pressure gauges feature stainless steel construction for the main pressure-sensing elements and instrument housing, making them suitable for measuring the pressure of highly corrosive gases and liquids.
Corrosion-resistant and shock-resistant electric contact pressure gauges utilize oil filling within the gauge body and liquid damping to ensure vibration-free display, making them suitable for measuring media with strong pulsation and environments with significant vibration.
Explosion-proof electrical contact pressure gauges are suitable for hazardous locations where explosive mixtures are present.
Installation methods:
1. Radial direct mounting
2. Axial direct mounting
3. Radial direct mounting with front edge
4. Axial direct mounting with front edge
Product Application:
The electrical contact signal needle of the electric contact pressure gauge is equipped with an adjustable magnetic steel, which increases the contact force and accelerates the contact action, thereby ensuring reliable contact, eliminating electric arc, and effectively preventing frequent contact disconnection caused by vibration in the working environment or pressure pulsation of the medium. Therefore, the electric contact pressure gauge has advantages such as reliable operation, long service life, and high contact switching power.
