The HQ-BS target-type intelligent flowmeter adopts the latest capacitive force sensor as the measurement and sensitive transmission component. At the same time, it applies the latest digital technology and microelectronics technology. It is an intelligent flowmeter suitable for the measurement of high viscosity, low Reynolds number, and fluids and gases containing tiny particles. The use of capacitive force sensors is the key to truly achieving high precision and stability for this product. The target-type intelligent flowmeter not only has the characteristics of no moving parts of traditional orifice plates and vortex flowmeters, but also has the measurement accuracy comparable to that of volumetric flowmeters. In addition, its unique anti-dampening and anti-pollution performance makes it particularly valuable for applications in high viscosity, prone-to-blockage, high temperature, high pressure, and highly corrosive flow measurement conditions. It has been widely used in various fields such as steel, petroleum, natural gas, power, papermaking, energy, food, and environmental protection for flow measurement.

◆ Suitable for low, medium and high pressure conditions: from 0 to 42MPa (gauge pressure);


Product features of HQ-BS target-type intelligent flowmeter
1. No moving parts, fewer sealing surfaces, significantly reducing leakage rate, facilitating installation and daily maintenance;
2. Wide measurement range, the maximum measurement range can reach 20:1 (liquid) or 10:1 (gas);
3. Accurate measurement, high precision, flange type can reach 0.2% (liquid) or 0.5% (gas);
4. Extremely high sensitivity, capable of measuring extremely small flows, it can measure a low flow rate of 0.08m/s, while the electromagnetic flowmeter can measure 0.5m/s;
5. Good repeatability, generally 0.05 to 0.08%, with optional small signal elimination, non-linear correction, and selectable filtering time;
6. Low pressure loss, the pressure loss for small diameters is only about 1/2△P of the standard orifice plate; the pressure loss begins to significantly decrease for diameters larger than DN100;
7. Easy calibration, in addition to using standard devices for verification, it can also be calibrated using a dry calibration method, that is, using a weight hanging method, and the calibration can be completed with a single key operation;
8. Can change the flow range by replacing the flow restrictor, enabling online disassembly and insertion structure to achieve continuous production, continuous flow maintenance or replacement;
9. Low power consumption battery for on-site display, can directly read the indication value online, the display can simultaneously read the instantaneous flow, cumulative flow and percentage bar graph, and can switch to display the compensated temperature and compensated pressure indication values;
10. Strong anti-interference and anti-contamination ability, multiple output forms, can remotely transmit various parameters, no need for heating;
