Brief Introduction

The HQ-UDZ series intelligent electrical contact level gauge is available with electrode tubes ranging from 1 to 32 points. It is primarily used for liquid level measurement in boiler drums, high and low pressure heaters, deaerators, evaporators, water tanks, etc. The device consists of a measuring cylinder and a secondary instrument. The secondary instrument uses a microcontroller for signal processing, displaying the liquid level with red and green dual-color LEDs, and indicating the operating status with LEDs. It features accurate measurement, easy operation, stable performance, reliable operation, and a clear and aesthetically pleasing interface.

Indicates the liquid level height (green indicates water present, red indicates no water);
Two-digit digital display: Displays the percentage value of the level transmitter output;
Buzzer: Sounds when high level, low level, and critical low level alarms occur;
High Alarm: The high-level alarm indicator light illuminates when the liquid level is above the high-level alarm point;
Pump Start: The pump start indicator light illuminates when the pump starts;
Low Alarm: The low-level alarm indicator light illuminates when the liquid level is below the low-level alarm point;
Critical Low: The low-level alarm indicator light illuminates when the liquid level is below the critical low alarm point;
Drainage: The drainage indicator light illuminates when the instrument is in drainage mode;
Parameter Key: Used to enter the instrument parameter setting state and save parameters;
Pump Start/Stop Key: Press once to change the current working state of the water pump;
Drainage Key: In the running state, press once to enter the drainage state. In the parameter menu state, press once to enter the parameter input state. In the parameter input state, it is used to increase the currently displayed parameter.

Mute Key: In the running state and when an alarm occurs, press once to turn off the alarm sound; press again to release. In the parameter input state, it is used to decrease the current parameter.
