(1) Integrated ultrasonic liquid level gauge
The integrated ultrasonic level gauge is widely used for liquid level and volume measurement in tanks, water tanks, reservoirs, and also for flow measurement in open channels. In practical applications, many interfaces cannot be touched, such as situations where the measurement equipment is corroded (by acids or alkalis), contaminated by the measurement equipment (in sewers), or where substances that cause adhesion (adhesives) are present on the measurement device. Since the measurement technology of the integrated ultrasonic level meter is based on the non-contact ultrasonic principle, the integrated ultrasonic level meter is suitable for liquid and material level positions that cannot be accessed by physical means.
(2) Split-type ultrasonic liquid level gauge
The split-type ultrasonic level gauge, both panel-mounted and wall-mounted, boasts a neat and clear appearance. It eliminates the need for configuring standard secondary meters, greatly facilitating installation and commissioning. This design is particularly suitable for new construction projects, facilitating unified planning and design. Explosion-proof ultrasonic level gauges are used for measurements in flammable, explosive, and other hazardous working conditions that require explosion protection.
(4) External-mounted ultrasonic liquid level gauge
The external-mounted ultrasonic liquid level gauge adopts leading digital signal processing technology, eliminating the influence of container wall thickness and achieving true non-contact external measurement of liquid level height in sealed containers. The sonar sensor (probe) is installed directly below (at the bottom) of the outer wall of the container being measured, without the need to open any holes in the container. The installation is simple, allowing for online installation and debugging without affecting production. 4. Measuring Principle:
The ultrasonic level gauge is vertically installed on the surface of the liquid, emitting an ultrasonic pulse to the liquid surface. After a period of time, the sensor of the ultrasonic level gauge receives the signal reflected back from the liquid surface. The signal is selected and processed by the transmitter circuit, and the distance from the liquid surface to the sensor is calculated based on the time difference between the ultrasonic level gauge emitting and receiving ultrasonic waves. Due to the use of advanced microprocessors and unique EchoDiscovery echo processing technology, ultrasonic level gauges can be applied to various complex working conditions. Integrated ultrasonic level gauge refers to an ultrasonic level gauge with a probe and a housing combined together.

The externally attached liquid level gauge adopts the sonar ranging principle, using a dedicated probe externally attached to the container wall to collect sonar signals. With dedicated sonar wave processing technology as the system core and advanced high-speed signal processing technology, it calculates the liquid level inside the container using the proprietary algorithm *** of Shaanxi Shengke. The calculated liquid level value is displayed locally and outputs a remote signal. The instrument can output measurement results to the control center through interfaces such as (4~20) mA analog signal, HART, and RS-485, and can also perform online debugging through interfaces such as HART, RS-485, and infrared.

6. Installation:
1) The distance from the sensor emission surface to the lowest liquid level should be less than the range of the selected instrument.
2) The distance from the sensor emission surface to the highest liquid level should be greater than the blind spot of the selected instrument.
3) The emission surface of the sensor should be parallel to the liquid surface.
4) The installation position of the sensor should try to avoid positions where the liquid level fluctuates violently, such as the inlet and outlet directly below.
5) If the pool wall or tank wall is not smooth, the instrument needs to be at least 0.3m away from the pool wall or tank wall.
6) If the distance from the sensor emission surface to the maximum liquid level is less than the blind spot of the selected instrument, an extension tube should be installed with a diameter greater than 120mm and a length of 0.35m to 0.50m. The extension tube should be installed vertically with a smooth inner wall, and the opening on the tank should be larger than the inner diameter of the extension tube. Alternatively, the pipe can be directly connected to the bottom of the tank, with a diameter greater than 80mm, and a hole can be left at the bottom of the pipe to facilitate the flow of liquid.
