Details:

The HQ-DCL-D multi-parameter transmitter is a new integrated transmitter that combines differential pressure, pressure, and temperature functions. It displays working pressure, temperature, instantaneous flow, and cumulative flow, and can replace traditional intelligent differential pressure transmitters, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, and flow displays. It is easy to install and can automatically calculate temperature and pressure compensation for media such as gas and steam. It allows for direct display of standard flow conditions on-site. The multi-parameter transmitter operates on a 24V power supply and a built-in lithium battery, providing dual power options. The built-in lithium battery can operate for 2-3 years in the event of a power outage. When connected to an external 24V power supply, it can provide current, frequency, and 485 remote transmission output. It can be directly used with standard differential pressure throttling devices (V-cone flow sensors, orifice plate flow sensors, elbow flow sensors, nozzle flow sensors, venturi flow sensors, Annubar flow sensors,  flow sensors, Pitot tube flow sensors, wedge flow sensors, Delta bar flow sensors, averaging pitot tube flow sensors) to form an integrated multi-parameter differential pressure flow meter (including all differential pressure flow meters such as orifice plate flow meters, elbow flow meters, nozzle flow meters, venturi flow meters, Annubar flow meters, flow meters, Pitot tube flow meters, wedge flow meters, Delta bar flow meters, averaging pitot tube flow meters, etc.). The introduction of the multi-parameter transmitter has brought about a revolution in differential pressure flow meters, greatly facilitating customer use. This multi-parameter transmitter has achieved significant breakthroughs in low power consumption (with built-in lithium battery self-powered for 2-3 years), range ratio (maximum 1:400), and low differential pressure (25Pa-6000Pa).
