Ultrasonic Flow Meter Features
● Low Power Consumption, Digital Design. The entire unit adopts a low-power hardware and software design, digitally transmitting, receiving, and analyzing ultrasonic signals, achieving advanced digital design. The total power consumption is less than 0.3W. The battery-powered version consumes only 0.2mW.
● Excellent Measurement and Management Functions. Advanced analysis and calculation technologies are used in the software design to ensure accurate measurement. Advanced management functions are also included, allowing users to access instrument operating data from any time in the past ten years.
● Flexible Maintenance. Adopting adaptive reversing technology, this series of instruments can automatically eliminate zero-point errors during measurement and allows for easy replacement of converters and sensors during maintenance without affecting measurement accuracy.
● Chinese Character Display. All data input and measurement process displays are in Chinese characters, allowing operators to use the instrument without a manual.
● Insertion Type Ultrasonic Flow Meter: Can be installed and maintained without production interruption. Utilizing a ceramic sensor, installation can be performed without production interruption using our company's specialized drilling equipment. Generally, single-channel measurement is used; for improved accuracy, a three-channel sensor can be selected.
● Pipe-mounted ultrasonic flow meter: Requires cutting the pipeline for installation, but subsequent maintenance can be performed without interrupting production. Single-channel or three-channel sensors can be selected.
● Clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter: Enables both fixed and mobile measurements. Uses a special coupling agent (room temperature curing silicone rubber or high-temperature long-chain polymeric grease) for installation, without damaging the pipeline.
