Product Description

HQ-UFZ Float Level Meter
I. Overview of HQ-UFZ Float Level Meter
The HQ-UFZ float type level meter is a simple level measurement instrument. It is suitable for use in petrochemical systems where there are corrosive media in tanks, vessels, oil fields, oil depots, etc. It is also applicable to flat-bottomed conical-covered and dome-shaped containers of general enterprises and civilian buildings, as well as water towers (water tanks) for general enterprises and civilian buildings, for low-cost level measurement, in order to solve the difficulty of manual liquid level measurement.

II. Main technical specifications of the HQ-UFZ buoyancy level gauge
1. Measurement range: Can be selected within 0 - 20m
2. Indication accuracy: ±20mm
3. Working pressure: Normal pressure or up to 200mmH2O (with V-shaped sealing tube)
4. Operating medium temperature: -30 to +300℃
5. Operating medium density: ≥ 0.4g/cm3
6. Installation verticality of the guide wire: ≤ ±5mm
III. Working Principle of HQ-UFZ Float Level Meter
The HQ-UFZ float type level meter is designed based on the principle of force balance. When the liquid level is at a certain height, the weight of the float is W, the weight of the weight pointer is W1, the buoyant force of the float immersed in the liquid is F, and the system friction is f.
In the balanced state: W - F - W1 - f = 0. When the liquid level rises, the buoyant force F increases, while W, W1 and f remain unchanged. If the balance is disrupted, the weight pointer will descend. Until the force F decreases to its original value, established new one. If the force F keeps increasing, that is, the liquid level keeps rising, the pointer will keep descending. Conversely, if the liquid level drops, the weight pointer will rise, thereby indicating the height of the liquid level.
