HQRS Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meter
The HQRS flow meter measures gas flow based on the widely accepted thermal mass flow principle. It directly measures thermal mass flow and displays the standard volumetric flow rate without requiring temperature or pressure compensation.
The HQRS is specifically designed for harsh environments. Its housing has an IP67 protection rating, allowing for all-weather application. All gas-contacting parts are made of 316L stainless steel, making it corrosion-resistant and capable of measuring dirty gases with high impurity content. It is explosion-proof certified and can measure explosive gases such as natural gas, hydrogen, and biogas, as well as corrosive gases such as biogas, fuel and gas supplies in furnaces, boilers, and industrial blast furnaces, and gases in coolers. As long as the mixing ratio and composition are known and relatively stable, virtually any gas mixture can be measured. The HQRS thermal gas mass flow meter has powerful communication capabilities; in modern factories, the instrument needs to provide a communication interface for factory automation systems. Hills flow meters not only support traditional 4-20 mA output and pulse output, but also various fieldbus interfaces such as HART, MODBUS, and M-BUS. The meters are modularly designed, making it easy to adopt other fieldbuses. The HQRS thermal gas mass flow meter also supports Bluetooth communication. The VA450 display has a diameter of 95mm and a thickness of 114mm, and can be adjusted (rotated or inverted) according to the field environment; it is suitable for pipe diameters of DN15-DN300, and larger diameters can be customized. Features of the Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meter:
The HQRS thermal gas mass flow meter directly measures mass flow rate and standard volumetric flow rate, requiring no pressure compensation. It is suitable for a wide range of pipe sizes, including insertion type for large diameters and in-line type for small diameters. There are no moving parts; all parts in contact with the medium are made of 316L stainless steel. A robust and durable housing protects it for harsh outdoor applications. Sensor settings can be changed on-site using a wireless Bluetooth interface. The screen displays flow rate, consumption, medium temperature, and diagnostic results. It has two analog outputs [4-20 mA] and one pulse output.
Optional: Fieldbus interface: HART, MODBUS, M-BUS
ATEX Explosion-proof certification: II 2 G Ex d IIC T4
