1. Product Brief Introduction:


The key raw materials, components, and parts of the flange level transmitter are all imported or sourced from joint ventures. The entire unit undergoes rigorous assembly and testing. This product features advanced design principles, a complete range of specifications, and ease of installation and use. Because its appearance fully integrates the structural advantages of the two most popular and widely used transmitters in China (Rosemount 3051 and Yokogawa EJA), it offers users a refreshing experience. Furthermore, it is directly interchangeable with traditional series products in terms of installation, demonstrating strong versatility and substitutability. To adapt to the continuous improvement and development of automation levels in China, this series of products, in addition to its compact and exquisite design, also features intelligent functions with the HART fieldbus protocol.
The 3051LT flange level transmitter can accurately measure the level and density of various containers. It is available with flat flanges and insertion flanges, in 3-inch or 4-inch sizes, and in 1501b and 3001b specifications. Custom flanges are also available upon request. Flange diaphragm materials are optional.

The HQ-2088 series high-temperature input liquid level transmitter is based on the principle that the measured liquid static pressure is proportional to the height of the liquid. It uses the piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon or ceramic sensitive elements to convert static pressure into electrical signals. After temperature compensation and linear correction. Convert to 4-20mADC standard current signal output.
The sensor part of the HQ-2088 series high-temperature liquid level transmitter can be directly inserted into the liquid, and the transmitter part can be fixed with a flange or bracket.
The input head of this type of liquid level transmitter does not need to be equipped with a protective cap, and the measuring membrane comes into contact with the medium over a large area. The sensor used is a ceramic capacitor membrane, which has strong impact resistance, is not easy to block, and is easy to clean, further leveraging the excellent corrosion resistance of ceramic sensors. 6. Installation:


The flange installation standards are 3 "and 4" according to ANSI, and the flange grades are divided into 150LB (2.5MPa) and 300LB (5.0MPa). The flange installation dimensions are shown in the following chart. If the user adopts the GB9116-88 standard, please specify DN=80, 100, PN=2MPa. The materials for the liquid receiving membrane include 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, tantalum, etc. If not specified by the user, 3 "150LB flange and liquid receiving membrane material 31 shall be supplied.
