1. Product Brief Introduction:

HQ-LDE intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter consists of two parts: sensors and converters. It works based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids with a conductivity greater than 5 μ S/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volumetric flow rate of conductive media. In addition to measuring the volumetric flow rate of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of strong corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis, as well as homogeneous liquid-solid two-phase suspensions such as mud, slurry, and pulp. Widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, papermaking, environmental protection, food, as well as municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields for flow measurement.  Plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is suitable for measuring all corrosive and conductive liquids.

2. Product Features:
      
All digital processing, strong anti-interference ability, reliable measurement, high accuracy, and a flow measurement range of up to 150:1.
Ultra low EMI switching power supply, suitable for a wide range of power supply voltage changes, with good EMI resistance performance.
Adopting a 16 bit embedded microprocessor, it has fast computing speed, high accuracy, programmable low-frequency rectangular wave excitation, improved stability of flow measurement, and low power consumption.
Using SMD devices and surface mount technology, the circuit has high reliability.
There are no movable parts or flow blocking components inside the pipeline, and there is almost no additional pressure loss during measurement.
On site, the range can be modified online according to the actual needs of the user.
The measurement results are independent of physical parameters such as flow velocity distribution, fluid pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, etc.
High definition backlit LCD display, fully Chinese menu operation, easy to use, simple to operate, easy to learn and understand.
It has digital communication signal outputs such as RS485, RS232, Hart, and Modbus. (Optional)
It has self checking and self judging functions.
Hourly total volume recording function, recording the total flow volume in hours, suitable for time-sharing measurement system (Optional)
There are three integrators inside that can display the forward cumulative amount, reverse cumulative amount, and difference cumulative amount respectively. There is also a non power outage timer inside that can record 16 power outage times. (Optional)
Infrared handheld operator, 115KHZ communication speed, all functions of long-distance non-contact operation converter (Optional).
