Product Description

Radio Frequency Admittance Level Switch 0

1. Product Brief Introduction:

RF admittance series of products is a fundamentally intelligent RF capacitor level controller. This series of products is an excellent product designed based on the principle of capacitance, with advantages such as good stability, high measurement accuracy, and wide application scenarios. Compared to traditional level switches, this series of products adopts a modular design and is equipped with a LCD debugging module. It does not require any peripheral auxiliary equipment and can automatically obtain and display the measured values of the tested materials, providing users with more reliable measurement data; The LCD debugging module has dual functions of debugging and display, allowing users to read the required data in a concise and intuitive manner, facilitating debugging.

2. Product Features:

Empty warehouse adjustment, do not touch the sensing rod
(1) Before debugging, please check the connection of the circuit to ensure it is correct:
a. Adjust the fine and coarse adjustments clockwise to the end (as shown in the figure);
b. Turn the delay switch knob counterclockwise to the bottom (without delay);
c. Adjust the coarse adjustment knob counterclockwise until the probe indicator light turns red, then slightly retract it until the indicator light turns green. Do not use the coarse adjustment knob again;
d. Adjust the fine adjustment knob counterclockwise until the indicator light turns red, then slightly retract it until the indicator light just turns green; Do not adjust the knobs on the panel forcefully to avoid damaging the instrument;
(2) Fault alarms for H (high) and L (low) positions:
a. H (high) position fault alarm: When the probe detects that there is no material in the silo, it will occur
High level alarm, COM/NO closed, COM/NC disconnected;
b. L (low) position fault alarm: When the probe detects that there is no material in the silo, a low position alarm will occur, with COM/NO disconnected and COM/NC closed; Its high and low alarm can be set by the jumper in the panel;
(3) Delay setting:
Using a delay setting can avoid the "shaking" of the relay caused by the mixing of materials in the silo. The maximum delay time for CK201K is 30 seconds (try to use a smaller delay as much as possible).

(7) Delay time: adjustable from 0 to 30 seconds.

4. Working Principle:

Radio frequency admittance level switch is based on radio frequency capacitance technology: radio frequency is applied to the probe to continuously analyze the surrounding environment. Since the dielectric constant and conductivity of all media are different from air, the small changes in capacitance caused by the probe contacting the media are detected by the circuit and converted into switch signal output. Its unique anti adhesion circuit only responds to changes in capacitance caused by changes in material level, thereby eliminating false signals generated by material accumulation.

5. Installation:

(1) When the probe is installed horizontally, it should form a downward angle of 20o with the horizontal plane to reduce material impact and increase sensing sensitivity;
(2) When the probe is installed through the container wall, the protective cover (insulation part) should be 2 inches longer than the thickness of the accumulated material on the container wall;
(3) To prevent rainwater from seeping into the junction box in outdoor environments, the cable inlet must be vertically downward when installed horizontally;
(4) During installation, full consideration should be given to the inclination angle formed by the accumulation of the measured medium when it is not fed from the center of the silo;
(5) Confirm that the power supply voltage is the same as the voltage of the selected product, connect the corresponding cables according to the markings on the terminal block and the wiring diagram, and then lock the junction box cover after connection;
(6) The control circuit load cannot be used beyond the limit of the relay capacity. Note: Do not use any lubricant at the threaded connection between the probe and the container wall. If necessary, use Teflon tape for sealing. At this time, the installer should use a multimeter to check the circuit and ensure that the resistance between the container wall and the probe is less than 1 ohm (Ω).
