1. Product Brief Introduction:

The multi throat diameter flow meter measuring device is based on the principles of fluid mechanics, referring to the international standard ISO5167 and the national standard GB2624-2006. It adopts the latest research results of aviation aerodynamics theory and aircraft engine internal fluid dynamics, and based on large-scale computer technology and wind tunnel experiments, researches and produces a special-shaped differential pressure intelligent flow measurement system that can achieve point surface combination and high-precision measurement.


2. Product Features:
      

The multi throat diameter flow measurement device is a differential pressure intelligent flowmeter based on Bernoulli equation and utilizing modern aviation technology - aerodynamics theory and fluid dynamics theory - to achieve high-precision measurement at single and multiple points. It is widely used for measuring the flow of gases (air, steam, natural gas, coal gas, flue gas) at room temperature or high temperature in large, medium, and small pipelines of thermal power plants, steel plants, and chemical plants. It is particularly suitable for measuring the flow of primary and secondary air in thermal power plants.

(1) Multi point and multi throat flow measurement devices are divided into two types based on different on-site process conditions: dual throat diameter and multi throat diameter.
(2) The pressure loss is small, and the pressure loss of pipes with a diameter greater than 400mm can be ignored, resulting in significant energy-saving effects.
(3) Low requirements for straight pipe sections. In general, the length of the front straight pipe section is 0.7-1.5D.
(4) The differential pressure value is large. Under low flow rate conditions, a large differential pressure value is still obtained.
(5) The signal is stable and reliable, with no pulsating differential pressure signal. Due to the use of a "multi throat diameter" structure, the measured medium undergoes a "rectification" process at each throttling section, effectively eliminating the influence of eddy currents.
(6) The special point structure can obtain measurement data of the entire pipeline cross-section, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of the measurement.
(7) The product has a long lifespan. The product is made of 316 or 1Crl8Ni9Ti material and has undergone wear-resistant treatment on the fluid measurement surface, making it durable and wear-resistant.
(8) Adopting a special pressure structure to fundamentally avoid blockage. Online blowing and maintenance can be carried out through anti blocking blowing devices.
(9) Small size and easy installation. Simply drill holes in the pipeline for installation, and install flanges randomly.

 

3. Product Performance:

4. Measuring Principle:


According to the principles of fluid mechanics, when fluid passes through a throat tube, it flows towards the diffusion angle through the contraction section of the throat. Through the diffusion and suction effect of the diffusion angles on both sides, the fluid in the throat is rectified and amplified, greatly increasing the throat flow velocity and significantly reducing the static pressure in the throat. Thereby amplifying the static pressure difference measured between the full pressure hole and the throat. The larger the flow rate, the greater the differential pressure generated. By measuring the differential pressure, the pipeline flow rate can be measured. Under working conditions, the mathematical model of the flow measurement device is as follows:
